The Patriot Payback Program assists patriots (like you) by referring the top brokerages in the area to compete for the opportunity to sell your home. Brokerages are rated in our system based on service metrics such as: sales to list price ratio, days on market and more. Most importantly brokerages are ranked by the service ratings provided on past surveys from other patriots who have used the rebate program.
Realtors will help determine the value of your home by preparing a detailed market analysis for you. This offers important information such as: suggested list price, most likely sales price, days on market and more.
Most importantly you are never “locked in”. If at any time you are not happy with a referred realtor you never have to use them.
If you do use a referred realtor you will be registered for a rebate back after closing. The rebate is based on the sales price and commission percent paid to your realtor.
Home Purchase
The Patriot Payback Program assists patriots (like you) by referring the top brokerages in the area to purchase a new home. Realtor are rated in our system based on service metrics from past transactions as we as on the service ratings provided on past surveys from other patriots who have used the rebate program.
You will be provided with critical information on your new area such as: maps, mass transit info, recreation information, information on schools and information on the housing market.
If you are searching in multiple areas you can be registered for the rebate program with multiple realtors.
Most importantly you are never “locked in”. If at any time you are not happy with a referred realtor you never have to use them.
Personal or work related move
The Patriot Payback Program can be used both in conjunction with a PCS/work sponsored move and or for a personal/local move. The rebates discounts and incentives are all something you have earned through your service to our country and are something you are entitled to! The Patriot Payback Program was first launched by ARC Relocation in 2004 to benefit the men and women of the US Military and the US Federal Law Enforcement community when buying or selling a home.
The program offer a rebate back after closing for using a network realtor as well as other discounts and incentives through mortgage and title company networks.
The program was designed to offer the well needed rebates, incentives, support and resources to help our Military and FLOEs lower costs and save money! As the years progressed word of the Patriot Payback Program spread and the program has become the premier resource used by both Military and Federal Law Enforcement Agents when buying and or selling a home. The program can be used for a PCS and or personal/local move.
